About Sage Benefit Advisers

Sage Benefit Advisers is a privately held Employee Benefits Consulting Firm that prides itself in its proficiency in exceptional knowledge of the employee benefits sector. We provide the most personal service available, thus earning a reputation for excellence in our industry.

Vinnie Daboul
Partner and Co-Founder

Vinnie has been in Health & Welfare consulting for over 25 years. He brings his clients expertise in underwriting, benefits design and benefits strategic planning. Vinnie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a licensed producer in multiple states across the country.

Philip Healy
Partner and Co-Founder

Philip has been working in the employee benefits industry for the past 18 years. Philip is also the founder and owner of R.T. Consulting, a firm focused on Benefits Administration.  Philip has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College and is a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life, and Property & Casualty in over 40 states.

Karyn Barretto
Managing Director/Operations Manager

Karyn has worked in employee benefits for 25 years. Karyn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics.  She is a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life in the state of NH.

Jennifer Luke
Managing Consultant

Jennifer focuses on client management. She attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has spent 12 years in the area of employee benefits and HR Administration. She is also a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life in the state of NH.
